Exchange Policy


In the event of a manufacturing defect or damage caused from our side, products purchased online from www.farlin.pk may be exchanged within 7 days of delivery.

Please ensure that:

  • The product is unused
  • The original packaging is intact
  • The purchase invoice and courier/shipment receipt are attached to the return parcel


Returning Defective Goods


To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service within 7 working days of purchase by:

  • Emailing clear images of the defective product(s) to cs@farlin.pk, or
  • Messaging us via our official Facebook or Instagram pages

Customers are required to return the defective product(s) for review. Once received, our team will assess the product and proceed with the exchange accordingly.

⚠️ Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and must be sent via a traceable courier or shipment service.


Order Cancellation


Orders may be canceled before processing. Once an order has been dispatched, the Returns & Exchange Policy will apply.


Sale & Promotional Items


  • Products purchased during sale or promotional periods are non-refundable and non-returnable
  • Sale items may only be exchanged if defective or incorrectly delivered
  • Any complaint regarding defective sale items must be reported within 48 hours of receipt

All complaints must be submitted online with the following details:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the defective product(s)


Out of Stock


Farlin reserves the right to cancel orders in the event that a product is out of stock.
